Vacation Jaunt is a private visa consultancy service provider.

We are not affiliated with the Government of Sri Lanka or any immigration authority.

We assist travelers by providing:

  • Customer support during the visa process

The final decision to approve, reject, or delay a visa application rests solely with the immigration authorities.

User Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • All information and documents you provide are accurate, authentic, and complete.
  • Your passport is valid for the required duration as per visa rules.
  • You understand that providing false information may result in rejection by immigration authorities.
  • You will review your details before submission to avoid errors.

Vacation Jaunt is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.

Processing Time

Visa processing time varies depending on:

  • Immigration department workload
  • Applicant’s nationality
  • Type of visa
  • Accuracy of documents provided

Processing timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays by immigration authorities are outside our control.

Fees & Payments

  • All service fees displayed on the website are inclusive of consultancy and processing assistance.
  • Government visa fees are separate (if applicable) and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments made for visa services are non-refundable, as the process begins immediately upon receipt of your application.
  • Payment confirmation is sent through email after successful transaction completion.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since visa processing begins instantly:

  • No refunds are issued once details are submitted or documents are uploaded.
  • No refunds are provided in case of visa rejection, delay, or incomplete documentation caused by the applicant.
  • Refunds are applicable only if duplicate payments are made accidentally.

Visa Approval or Rejection

Visa approval is solely the authority of the Sri Lankan Immigration Department.

Vacation Jaunt cannot guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Processing speed
  • Duration of stay granted

We are not liable for:

  • Changes in visa rules or fees
  • Delays caused by immigration or technical issues
  • Losses arising from visa refusal (travel bookings, hotel reservations, etc.)

Use of Personal Information

By submitting your application, you authorize Vacation Jaunt to:

  • Use your personal information for visa form preparation
  • Share necessary details with official immigration portals
  • Contact you regarding updates or required documents
  • All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Document Submission

Applicants are responsible for uploading clear, readable documents. We may request resubmission of documents if:

  • Files are blurry, incomplete, or corrupt
  • Mandatory pages or details are missing
  • Failure to provide correct documents may lead to delays or rejection.

Limitation of Liability

Vacation Jaunt is not liable for:

  • Visa rejection or delays
  • Changes in immigration laws or requirements
  • Server downtime or technical issues on government portals
  • Financial losses, cancellations, or missed flights due to visa processing time

    • Our responsibility is limited to providing documentation assistance and application support.

    Fraud Prevention

    Vacation Jaunt reserves the right to:

    • Decline service
    • Cancel applications
    • Report suspicious activity

    if fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful intent is suspected.

    Modifications to Terms

    We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and are effective immediately upon publishing.
